Job Role Overview

We are seeking two exceptional team members to join our Workplace Team, supporting our internal growth and employee advancement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and customer service, leveraging their skills to deliver outstanding experiences for our clients and visitors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong working relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and maximize value.
  • Manage guest arrivals for seamless experiences, providing assistance and announcing arrival to internal staff as needed.
  • Support event coordination, including catering, audiovisual equipment, function sheets, and setup/breakdown of furniture and equipment.
  • Assist with meeting room management, capturing booking requirements and reviewing future bookings.

The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The selected candidates will be the driving force behind ensuring memorable interactions and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This position involves supporting various core services, including front-of-house (Reception), Concierge, placemaking support, Hospitality, Workplace Solutions, Events, and Meeting coordination.

You will play a crucial role in creating lasting impressions on our visitors and occupants, making this an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments.
