Job Description

The People & Culture Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

This role supports the full spectrum of employee experience, focusing on engagement, wellbeing, onboarding, and performance support. You will collaborate across the organisation to ensure our people practices reflect our values and enhance our employee experience.

  • You will design and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and belonging.
  • You will coordinate and continuously improve milestone experiences (e.g., anniversaries, promotions).
  • You will provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and line managers on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • You will support and guide line managers through performance management, employee relations, and case management.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent, high-quality people experiences aligned with our values and culture.
  • You will support internal communications and culture initiatives (e.g., events, recognition programs, DEI efforts).
Required Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.

You should have 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar, ideally in a fast-paced or values-led environment.

You should have strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and people operations.

You should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

You should be able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
