About the Role:
- As a Sr. HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness and developing strategic HR programs that deliver results.
This exciting opportunity requires a highly skilled and progressive HRBP who can drive people initiatives, develop talent strategies, and partner with senior leadership to achieve business goals.
You will have responsibility for building a work environment where employees can thrive and grow, by developing and implementing people plans and solutions that meet the needs of our Data Center Planning and Delivery business.
- Develop and implement people plans and solutions to achieve people initiatives and deliver results for the organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop talent strategy that enables the right level and type of growth; building a work environment where employees can thrive and grow.
- Work closely with specialist and central HR teams, as well as matrixed site and geographically aligned HR colleagues to support global talent strategy.
Your expertise in human resource theory, including employee relations, learning, and performance management, will be essential in translating business needs into HR plans and delivering impactful HR solutions.
