Domestic Violence Case Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Domestic Violence Case Manager to join our team in the beautiful Fleurieu Region. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating safer communities and empowering individuals to reclaim their lives.

The successful candidate will deliver specialised case management and oversee the Safe at Home (SAH) service, enabling clients to remain safely in their homes through tailored safety planning and property security upgrades.

This role requires strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients, colleagues, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have experience working across teams and community networks, with a collaborative mindset and ability to manage complex caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialised case management to client groups impacted by domestic violence
  • Oversight of the Safe at Home (SAH) service, ensuring clients receive tailored safety planning and property security upgrades
  • Collaboration with local services, government agencies, and community organisations to provide holistic support
Requirements:
  • Strong case management experience supporting women, children, and young people impacted by domestic violence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads with initiative, independence, and sound judgment
  • Relevant qualifications in Community Services or Child, Youth and Family Intervention, or significant experience in the field
