Job Description:

As a skilled Processing Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire production process, from flavour testing and quality checks to equipment operation and maintenance.

You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity. This will involve collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a food manufacturing environment or industrial kitchen/cooking environment. You should possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, safety, and reliability skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least three years of experience in a Processing role
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and GMP principles
  • High mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail, safety, and reliability
  • Flexible approach to achieving team goals and maintaining quality standards
