Program Governance Specialist

The Program Governance Lead plays a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the MCS Reporting Team to enable the successful delivery of ASC's MCS Programs.

This role blends operational excellence with process standardisation, stakeholder communication, and alignment of program management practices to strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and embed governance frameworks across MCS programs
  • Deliver accurate and timely performance reporting and dashboards
  • Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate governance committees and manage decision/action registers
  • Engage stakeholders through targeted communication and collaboration
  • Maintain governance calendars and documentation
  • Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights
About You:
  • Proven leadership and governance experience
  • Strong understanding of program delivery methodologies
  • Excellent administrative and reporting skills
  • Ability to lead without micromanaging and act autonomously
  • Experience managing teams and acting in higher duties
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
