Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our retail team as an Operational Excellence Specialist. In this role, you will drive engagement and enhance operational processes across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training opportunities and upskill team members through coaching and hands-on support.
  • Lead by example, working closely with store teams, CSC, and Support Office through regular communication and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct regular visits to stores to provide reports on training and development opportunities.
  • Facilitate coaching sessions with Team Members and Management to enhance operational knowledge and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and general knowledge of retail products.
  • Able to quickly develop an understanding of the product range.
  • Experience working with numbers, reporting, and performance analysis is essential.
