Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing specialist to lead our outdoor brand marketing efforts.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for 4-5 brands, focusing on eCommerce, retail, and wholesaler businesses in the outdoors industry.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a proven passion for marketing, with some eCommerce exposure.

  • Drive campaign success through data-driven decision making and strategic planning.
  • Prioritize content and community development to foster long-term brand growth initiatives.
  • Optimize and improve current campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Email.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish marketing calendars and report on key performance metrics.
