Senior Digital Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

  • You will be responsible for driving world-class marketing campaigns across a portfolio of 4-6 outdoor brands, focusing on delivering incremental growth and consistent performance across key areas.
  • This involves strategizing, coordinating, and executing end-to-end campaigns that foster long-term brand growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, the ability to prioritize content and communities effectively, and expertise in setting up, analyzing, and improving current campaigns primarily across Meta, Google Ads, and Email.

You will also work closely with designers and creatives to brief campaigns, collaborate with digital teams to test and optimize results, and develop strong relationships with your brands to establish and execute their marketing calendars based on business goals.

In this role, you will be expected to report meaningful metrics to your brands, keep them updated on progress, and provide regular insights into campaign performance.
