Autobody Repair and Refinish Support Role

Seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support in the preparation of materials and equipment for educational delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing care and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and grounds within the teaching section. This includes:

  • Maintaining tools and equipment utilised by the teaching section in accordance with Work, Health, and Safety requirements.
  • Offering support to teaching staff in the delivery of assessment and training of practical tasks.

To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrated skills and current experience in the automotive industry. You should have over three years of proven experience working within the automotive environment or related work areas, and knowledge of tools and equipment.

A Certificate III or higher in Automotive Mechanical is highly desirable but not essential.

Key attributes for the ideal candidate include excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be highly motivated and able to meet deadlines.
