**Administrative Coordination Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing coordination of all administrative tasks associated with the Development Control team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate the administration for Development Control including management processes in NSW Planning Portal, Maqiq documents, 10.7 certificate production, booking of inspections, reporting and customer service.
- Convene Development Assessment Panel meetings for allocation of work tasks, internal referrals and notification requirements.
- Initiate continuous improvement projects to improve administration of Development Control processes including documentation of processes and maintenance of templates.
- Provide executive support to Director Planning & Environment.
- Ensure that Customer Services team provide professional and timely service to both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated understanding of Local Government structure and functions.
Essential Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications at minimum Certificate III or equivalent in relevant discipline
- A minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in similar office-based administrative role.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a team, establish work priorities and manage competing deadlines.
- Experience using NSW Planning Portal will be highly regarded.
- A current class C driver's licence.
Conditions:
- This is a permanent full-time position, working a 35 hour week with a nine-day fortnight.

- An Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen.
- Or hold a valid visa with permission to work.
