About The RoleWe are seeking experienced support workers to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Disability or equivalent, as well as experience in managing participants with intellectual support needs, medical support needs, and behaviours of concern.
Key Responsibilities- Provide complex care and support to participants with challenging behaviours, adhering to individual Behaviour Support Plans.
- Assist with personal care, including bed baths, showering, toileting, dressing, and medication administration.
- Recognise and understand individual changes, providing a high level of care and support.
- Contribute to a clean and hygienic environment and workplace, including domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
