Lead Identity Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Identity Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of identity governance and access management (IGA) solutions.

  • Architect and implement enterprise-grade identity governance solutions, including user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting, and role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks.
  • Design and configure workflows, policies, and rules within SailPoint to meet business requirements.
  • Implement user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting, and RBAC frameworks.
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Active Directory, and other cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and IT teams to translate identity governance requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies for identity lifecycle management and access control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity governance issues, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
