This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Technical Business Analyst with hands-on Java development experience and strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to join our consulting practice. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical delivery and business requirements, focusing on the successful design, implementation, and support of high-performance, secure IAM systems.

The ideal candidate has deep analytical and communication skills, along with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management solutions preferably Oracle IAM solutions. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in a technical business analyst or software engineering role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Java applications.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Write clean, well-designed, and efficient code using Java technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure applications comply with established security standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
