Enterprise Identity Governance Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SailPoint Identity Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of identity governance and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the architectural design and implementation of identity governance and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
- Design and configure workflows, policies, and rules within SailPoint to meet business requirements.
- Implement user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting, and role-based access control frameworks.
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Active Directory, and other cloud applications.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and IT teams to translate identity governance requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies for identity lifecycle management and access control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity governance issues, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Mentor junior consultants and guide them in SailPoint implementation best practices.
Requirements include 8+ years of experience in identity governance and access management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade identity governance solutions, including user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting, and RBAC frameworks.
Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role mining, and compliance workflows, as well as proven experience in integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.
