Cargo Operations Managers play a pivotal role in the operational management of cargo warehouse facilities.

The successful candidate will oversee and support a 24/7 rotation between supervisors, ensuring seamless delivery of customer-centric cargo operations.

This position demands strong leadership skills, driving team performance and service excellence through on-the-job coaching and feedback.

  • Supervise and coordinate work areas during operational shifts to achieve high levels of performance;
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient resource allocation to meet Service Level Agreements;
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, legislation, and organizational policy through effective business processes;
  • Provide quality metrics and reporting on critical business issues;
  • Foster a positive safety culture within the team, emphasizing awareness and vigilance.

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of driving customer-centric cultures;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • High level of computer literacy;
  • Previous experience in highly controlled and regulated industries, with the ability to lead and manage ongoing compliance;
  • Understanding of financial processes and ability to drive business improvement initiatives.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Knowledge of airline industry principles and procedures;
  • Comprehensive understanding of cargo handling and warehouse operations.
