Role Overview:

As an Operations Manager at IMS Australia, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring project efficiency, and leading teams to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:

About You:
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in mining, maintenance, or industrial services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Experience overseeing mobile and fixed plant maintenance projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Australian workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements.
