Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide high-level advice and support on workforce relations matters through a client-focussed enterprise model to Northern Territory Public Sector agencies.
  • Support clients with management of their human resources, in particular case management.
  • Provide clients with a responsive, high-quality workforce relations advisory service and end-to-end support to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Undertake complex HR matters and management, employee complaints, discipline, disputes, medical and performance matters and early intervention to achieve desired outcomes.
