This role provides high-level advice and support on workforce relations matters to client agencies across the Northern Territory Public Sector. As a subject matter expert, you will deliver responsive, high-quality workforce relations advisory services, ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess operational Human Resources Management experience, strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. You will work alongside a supportive team, enjoying a competitive remuneration package including 11.5% superannuation, six weeks recreational and three weeks personal leave, up to 17.5% annual leave loading, and flexible work agreements.
