About the Role:


This exciting opportunity is available for a Workforce Relations Manager in Katherine, Northern Territory. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level advice and support on workforce relations matters through a client-focussed enterprise model.



Salary and Benefits:


The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package consisting of 11.5% superannuation, six weeks recreational and three weeks personal leave, up to 17.5% annual leave loading, and a 3-day paid shutdown over Christmas.



Job Description:


As a Workforce Relations Manager, your primary objective will be to provide responsive, high-quality workforce relations advisory services and end-to-end support to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives. You will also have the opportunity to undertake complex HR matters and management, employee complaints, discipline, disputes, medical and performance matters, and early intervention to achieve desired outcomes.



Required Skills and Qualifications:


We are seeking a subject matter expert with demonstrated knowledge and experience of operational Human Resources Management. The ideal candidate will possess high-level communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to establish collaborative relationships and influence human resource practices.
