We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering programs at our Community Service hub. You will work closely with the Service Manager to achieve our goals and support clients to live a life of their choosing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing daily operations of support services, including staff supervision
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver innovative, person-centred programs
- Managing staff rosters and assisting with payroll and billing
- Responding to incidents and conflicts in a professional manner
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in a leadership position, preferably within the disability sector or related field
- Excellent multitasking skills, including administrative experience
- High levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude while maintaining integrity, honesty, and respect
