Leadership Development ProgramAbout the Program

This leadership development program is designed to transform retail leaders into store managers.

Candidates will experience hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.


Key Objectives
  • To increase female representation in leadership roles in stores.
  • To achieve substantive equality for women in leadership roles over time.

What to Expect

Candidates will embark on a 6-month blended work and tailored development program.

On successful completion, they will be prepared for appointment as a store manager leading one of our supermarkets.

In this highly autonomous role, they will have significant profit and loss accountability together with the chance to develop their leadership capabilities while managing a team of over 100 employees.
