**Job Description**We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker. In this role, you will play an essential part in empowering people with disabilities to live independently and be actively involved in their local community.You will provide person-centred programs that support clients to live an active lifestyle and participate in their community. This includes working to behaviour support plans using positive behaviour strategies, assisting and supporting clients with personal and hygiene care, and maintaining progress notes and record-keeping.**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
  • Experience in the Disability sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to support others with personal and hygiene care (training provided).
  • Personal qualities of resilience, empathy and self-confidence.
  • High levels of enthusiasm, initiative and a positive attitude while acting with integrity, honesty and respect.
