Your Role:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager to drive store success. You will contribute to creating a customer-centric environment, achieve sales targets, maintain consistent store standards, and manage costs.

You will coach and train the store team to deliver exceptional service and meet business objectives.

About You:
  • A results-driven leader with a hands-on approach
  • Natural affinity for animals and people, and a passion for retail
  • Minimum two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer
  • Strong retail management/ supervision experience, with a minimum one-year experience in management
  • Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on engagement and development
  • Friendly, patient, and eager to develop and train team members
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving KPIs
