The Business Director will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining senior client partnerships, ensuring the agency team acts as a trusted marketing partner.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for marketing-led growth.
- Lead the planning process for key campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and innovation.
- Manage revenue forecasting and delivery, monitoring profitability and campaign success metrics.
- Build strong media partnerships, leveraging professional networks to attract top talent.
- 8+ years' experience in media agencies or publishing/media sales environments.
- Strategic thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Strong financial management skills, business acumen, and team leadership abilities.
