Client Advocate

This is a senior-level role that requires leading and inspiring a team, overseeing the agency's most critical account, ensuring all work is executed to the highest standard and consistently exceeds client expectations.

  • Drive strategic client relationships, providing expert counsel that helps clients navigate complex business challenges in today's dynamic marketplace.
  • Manage multiple account teams simultaneously, allocating resources and ensuring consistent quality across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate between departments, bringing together creative, production, technology, and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability in driving significant business growth for clients while nurturing and developing their team members to reach their full potential.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in account management or related roles within a full-service advertising agency.
  • Exceptional business acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to translate client business challenges into effective creative solutions.
  • Experience managing and mentoring multiple account teams simultaneously.
