We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess a keen eye for detail and be able to accurately document customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
