Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Department Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and upholding a culture of high performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the store.

As part of our team, you will ensure that all Home Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards with an emphasis on safety. You will also cross-train, develop and support sales team members on all aspects of Home Department products and services.

Your key responsibilities will include working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in-store and online customers, achieving sales and profitability targets for your store, and selling retail products and merchandise while working under pressure.

We are seeking a candidate with broad knowledge of Small Appliances and Whitegoods, proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
