Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Insignia Financial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless delivery of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain personable client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
  • Collaborate with our Private Wealth Advisers and the Head Client Relationship Manager to deliver high-quality client service and support.
  • Manage client correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and meetings, to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data management, report preparation, and paperwork, to support the implementation of financial advice.
  • Assist with key projects and initiatives, such as process improvements and client onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
