Job Description

As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of numerous projects. Your primary focus will be on managing client contracts throughout the project lifecycle, from start-up to close-out.

  • Ensure compliance with client contracts and deliverables
  • Oversee project procurement, delivery, and project close out
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Prepare and submit progress claims to clients in a timely manner
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including onboarding and claim assessments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of commissioning activities
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Contribute to the development of the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of project contractual agreements and associated risks/opportunities
  • Excellent project administration and control skills
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Effective negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present information to various audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
