Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, demonstrating a strong foundation in project delivery.
  • Proven experience in delivering commercial projects within the Australian market, showcasing expertise and knowledge.
  • Experience across key project phases, including delivery, building services, commissioning, highlighting ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong understanding of project controls and delivery methodologies, ensuring effective project management.
  • Ability to lead and manage large-scale commercial projects from concept to completion, demonstrating confidence and leadership skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, promoting a positive team environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, upholding industry standards.
