Job Opportunity:

This role is situated at Adelaide Airport with occasional travel required. You will be part of a collaborative commercial team, supporting the success of various projects.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with client contracts throughout project/s
  • Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and close out
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients
  • Manage subcontractors from onboarding to assessments
  • Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain relevant registers tracking and substantiating commercial positions
  • Contribute to project commercial strategies and drive commercial outcomes

About You:

  • A comprehensive understanding of project contractual risks and opportunities
  • Solid working knowledge of project administration and control
  • Analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Positive negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with ability to present information to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
