Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Support Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our project team in Riverlea, South Australia. The successful candidate will be a hands-on administrator with excellent organisational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Commercial Manager, Finance Manager and Delivery Managers.
  • Generate & prepare documentation for Senior Leadership and Clients.
  • Support with data entry and budget tracking.
  • Organise the mobilisation and demobilisation of resources.
  • Assist the Project Team with general administration duties.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years experience within a Project Administration role or similar.
  • Exposure to civil construction (highly desirable).
  • A professional focus and attention to detail is key.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge.
