Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Culture Specialist to join our Behavioural Risk division. The successful candidate will assist in determining the soundness and alignment of culture to drive good risk outcomes for our businesses.

The Risk Culture team provides regular risk culture reporting to senior management and the Board, acting in an advisory capacity to drive better risk outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Triangulating survey, interview, and organisational data to develop risk culture themes and recommendations using formatting guides to present these results in PowerPoint presentations.
  • Transcribing behavioural interviews to a high standard and leading or participating in interviews depending on experience.
  • Coordinating the collection of documentation and evidence from different departments.
  • Supporting the advisory work of the Risk Culture team and assisting with management and Board reporting requirements, as well as continuous improvement initiatives.

The role is Sydney-based but may require overseas travel at times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree relevant to human behaviour, such as organisational psychology or behavioural economics.

Prior experience within business and/or finance is desirable but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and data literacy skills are required, with the ability to work with both quantitative and qualitative data.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to deliver risk culture insights and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential to analyse and present findings in informative ways.

Sound time management skills, including managing workload and expectations from senior staff members, are also required.

Experience with visualisation and statistical software, such as PowerBI and SPSS, is beneficial but not essential.
