The role of Conduct and Risk Governance Manager is a crucial part of our organization's risk management framework.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support the effective management of non-financial risks associated with home loans distributed through the mortgage broker channel and Proloan.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the non-financial risk management activities
- Drive the continuous improvement of risk culture and practices
- Identify emerging risks in the mortgage industry
- Enhance business controls, processes, and data insights
- Manage business incidents and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Oversee the broker accreditation activities
This role will play a key part in collaborating with risk and compliance partners to ensure the effective management of non-financial risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly skilled Conduct and Risk Governance professional
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience in risk management and governance
