Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out of the hotel.
  3. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  4. Assist with room assignments, key distributions, and other front office tasks as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest stays and other hotel activities.
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
