Are you passionate about supply chain management and eager to kick-start your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain and Subcontracts Graduate to join our team.

As a key member of our Supply Chain Management team, you will play a crucial role in guiding critical business support and cutting-edge solutions. You will be responsible for integrating program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies. This includes the preparation, negotiation, and execution of commercially sound subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal processes and policies.

Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and milestones, and maintaining accurate records of subcontracts, correspondence, and reports. You will also identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and project requirements.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to communicate effectively with industry and subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and senior team members. Your ability to self-task under supervision and work collaboratively will determine your success in our team.

Applicants must hold a tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce, or Law (or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2026). Australian Citizenship is also required to meet Defence security requirements.

While the Graduate Program has defined learning objectives and a structured framework, your individual journey will be tailored in collaboration with your manager, shaped by business needs and your personal professional development goals. To enhance your exposure and learning, you will remain within one business unit for the entire duration of the program, allowing you to immerse yourself in team dynamics and project work.
