Supply Chain Management Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking talented professionals to join our Supply Chain Management team in a permanent full-time position, providing a solid career foundation from day one.

The successful candidate will work within the Supply Chain Management Capability with a primary role in the subcontracts team under the supervision of a Manager / team lead and other personnel supporting activities such as:

  • Integrating program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. This includes the preparation, negotiation, and execution of commercially sound subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal processes and policies.
  • Monitor and track subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and milestones and maintain accurate records of subcontracts, correspondence, and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and project requirements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support the invoicing and payment processes related to subcontracts, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Communicate effectively with industry and subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and senior team members, fostering positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must hold a tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce or Law (or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2026).

Additionally, applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
