Optimisation Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and drive business growth through process optimisation. This is a unique opportunity to develop innovative best practice strategies that deliver improved performance.

This role will work closely with the Performance Improvement Team to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to analyse data to inform decision making.

The successful candidate will have experience in translating business plans into action, monitoring progress, and reviewing results. They will also have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively.

  • Assist in realising organisational goals by aligning processes and driving efficient results.
  • Analyse scheme and DXC performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunity.
  • Participate and contribute to the development of new initiatives, strategies, and processes to assist achieve gains in business performance.
