Integrated Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Integrated Logistics Support Specialist. This mid-senior level position requires advanced knowledge of integrated logistics systems and maintenance requirement methodologies.

The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team to plan logistics analysis activities, develop early ILS artefacts, and grow the team as the project progresses through design, delivery, and into operational service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct integrated logistics support activities as part of system design, development, and implementation.
  • Analyse logistics support requirements to optimise maintenance strategies and sparing requirements.

This is a key role that involves working closely with systems, mechanical, electrical, and specialty engineers to deliver technical ILS outputs. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to drive continuous improvement in logistics support processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • University degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant logistics engineering experience in complex technical environments.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in logistics support analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance up to NV-1.
