General Manager, Health and Safety

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Manager to lead our health and safety efforts. The successful candidate will have experience in managing workplace health and safety and be able to develop and implement strategies to minimize risk and promote a safe work environment.

The General Manager will oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards. They will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of professionals to ensure that our organization is equipped to handle any workplace health and safety issues.

The ideal candidate will have a formal qualification in workplace health and safety and demonstrate a working knowledge of occupational health and safety management principles. They will also have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
