Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a laboratory team to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Conduct and oversee quality assurance testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital QA initiatives.
Requirements:
- A degree in science or a laboratory-related field (or equivalent qualification).
- 4–5 years of laboratory or quality assurance experience.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (ISO, HACCP) and laboratory best practices.
