BioMar Australia is seeking a Quality & Laboratory Team Leader to join our team on the beautiful northwest coast of Tasmania. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the quality and compliance of our high-performance fish feed products, all while helping to shape the future of aquaculture in a pristine natural environment.

About the Job:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable leader who combines strong technical expertise with people management skills. Your responsibilities will include leading, coaching, and developing laboratory staff while managing day-to-day lab operations. You will also conduct and oversee quality assurance testing of raw materials and finished products, monitor production processes, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
