We seek a Team Leader to manage laboratory staff while overseeing day-to-day lab operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop laboratory staff and manage lab operations.
  • Conduct and oversee quality assurance testing of raw materials and finished products.
  • Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct internal audits, investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement, digital QA initiatives and lab automation.

This role requires strong technical expertise, people management skills and analytical skills to interpret test results and solve complex problems.
