Lead Laboratory Team Specialist

Lab Leadership Position
As a senior professional, you will lead our laboratory team to ensure the production of high-quality fish feed products. Your expertise in quality control and assurance will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily laboratory operations, including resource allocation and personnel management.
- Conduct and oversee quality assurance testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in science or laboratory-related field (or equivalent qualification).
- 4–5 years of laboratory or quality assurance experience.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and laboratory best practices.
- Analytical skills to interpret test results and solve complex problems.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
