Clinical Care Leader
Overview:

Job Description:
You will be responsible for leading our care team in providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. This includes admission and ongoing care planning processes, as well as case conferencing and after-hours support.
Requirements:
- A registered nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A minimum of three years' experience in aged care, preferably with leadership or management experience
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Covid-19 vaccinations
