Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Enablement Specialist to join our Cyber Security team at CommBank. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our data and services.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy of protecting our organization by ensuring the right access to the right systems at the right times. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT Services, controls, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure that all IT services are on-boarded and comply with our Group policies, controls, risk standards, and obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert and key point of contact, providing advice on controls, processes, or initiatives within areas of responsibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Work with business, IT Services, controls, risk management, and compliance stakeholders to ensure IT services are on-boarded and comply with Group policies, controls, risk standards, and obligations.
  • Own and manage on-boarding processes, initiatives, and activities to facilitate the migration of Group Security IT services from legacy platforms to strategic IAM/PAM platforms.
  • Build awareness of the on-boarding journey, educating business stakeholders, IT Services, and delivery teams.
  • Assist with data gathering and validation to ensure controls and risk standards are met, facilitate workshops, provide inputs/guidance on integration patterns, and assist with select testing, deployment, and change management activities.
  • Apply agile methodology throughout day-to-day tasks.
  • Provide inputs and assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and OCM materials.

Requirements

  • Strong domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and good documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills required to comfortably deal with, manage, and influence stakeholders and provide updates to senior managers.
  • Work with leadership to develop and drive business commitments and outcomes.
  • Have leadership capabilities to drive an initiative and develop and educate the team.
  • Have strong Stakeholder Management skills to support, guide, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Have good problem-solving and analysis skills with a strong risk, quality, and productivity mindset.
  • Have the confidence to question the status-quo, to truly understand, and to offer constructive challenge to find better ways to do things.

Desirable Skills

  • Hands-on experience in SailPoint and its features.
  • Dell One Identity, CyberArk experience.
  • On-boarding of IT services to IAM platforms.
