- Efficient on-site management of all security and safety protocols in alignment with MSS Security's Standing Instructions and site-specific operating procedures (SOPs).

MSS Security is seeking a skilled Security Officer in the Geelong region to deliver outstanding security and customer service at our client site. This role primarily involves maintaining a vigilant security presence while providing exceptional service to all clients and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders. You will join a dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented team.
Incentives: Selected candidates will receive a sign-on and retention bonus, which includes $1000 upon successful completion of training (8 weeks), $500 after 6 months, and $1500 after 12 months.
Role Responsibilities:
Ensure effective management of all security and safety aspects on-site, adhering to MSS Security's Standing Instructions and SOPs.
- Maintain vigilance and monitor activities related to asset protection.
- Oversee CCTV surveillance and radio communication systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Enforce regulations and bylaws, including the authority to remove individuals when necessary.
- Document incidents and record occurrences as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in security roles within high-surveillance environments.
- Possession of a valid Victorian Security License, including a control room license.
- Availability to work on a rostered basis.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of security personnel to achieve quality outcomes.
- Willingness to undergo medical assessments and national police checks if necessary.
