Role Overview
The primary objective of this position is to maintain a highly visible and professional security presence that deters potential noncompliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
In this role, you will oversee the effective management of all security and safety operations on-site, adhering to MSS Security's established protocols and site-specific operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
As a Security Operations Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Maintaining vigilance and monitoring activities related to asset protection;
- Overseeing CCTV surveillance and radio communication systems;
- Delivering outstanding customer service;
- Enforcing regulations and bylaws, including the management of individuals as necessary;
- Documenting incidents and recording occurrences as required.
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who possess:
- Proven experience in security roles within high-surveillance environments;
- A valid Victorian Security License, including a control room license;
- A willingness to work on a rostered schedule;
- Demonstrable experience in leading a team of security personnel to achieve quality outcomes;
- A readiness to undergo medical assessments and national police checks if necessary.
