Customer Experience Leader

At our eco-adventure park, we are on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience professional to lead our team in creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere for our customers.

You will play a vital role in exceeding customer expectations on service, engagement and education, maintaining a high level of aesthetic appeal across our unique adventure park, ensuring the enjoyment and satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources, deliver exceptional customer service, process bookings and ticketing, educate park visitors about adventures, maintain visual appeal and cleanliness of reception areas
  • Undertake departmental open and close procedures, report revenue, analyze customer feedback
  • Regularly inspect and audit work areas to identify and address potential safety hazards or issues
  • Lead staff management, supervision, training, development, and rostering

This role requires an individual comfortable working outdoors and maintaining their physical fitness, as some areas of the park can be challenging at times, including varied weather conditions.

We are looking for someone who can multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness
  • Current Tetanus vaccination
  • Current Advanced First Aid certificate
  • Certificate II or III in Tourism or equivalent (advantageous)
  • Understanding of exposure and working in outdoor environments
  • Computer confidence and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
